In the event that your access to the Website or any feature of it is suspended or terminated due to the breach of this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that all fees paid by you prior to either said breach or said suspension and/or termination are not refundable, and that all fees paid by you after either said breach or said suspension and/or termination are refundable at the sole discretion of the Website, and are not necessarily refundable. You may terminate your account by accessing the “My Account” page in your profile; clicking the “Cancel My Membership” link; and providing the information requested, or by sending a notice of cancellation to the Website via the contact form. Following any termination of any registered user, the Website reserves the right to send a notice thereof to other users with whom that user has corresponded.
